Unfurnished Rentals are accommodating when most leases require long term commitments for example 1 year. When buying a home, or selling, or remodeling a home, (you have your own furniture), or perhaps to establish yourself on the new job when first arriving in San Diego.
Many location choices exist in the San Diego area consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. Each of the communities is distinct and features a host of amenities to fit your location and lifestyle requirements.
Standard interior features generally include washers and dryers inside the apartment home, all appliances, central heat and air conditioning, and a patio or balcony. Community features (depending on location) may include pool and spa, business center, exercise facility and assigned parking.

Unfurnished Rentals
Unfurnished Rentals include local telephone, basic expanded cable TV, WIFI, gas, electric, trash and water are included for your convenience.Utility usage allowance will apply for all Unfurnished Rentals based on apartment size.

Unfurnished Rental Agreements are also designed to reflect your situation. Key Suites has the perfect *unfurnished* apartment in San Diego. A minimum 180 days or 6 months Rental Agreement is required.
Key Suites will provide you a single monthly invoice for all services requested. A Security Deposit may be required.
